After cancellation, customers will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed.
Once a billing cycle has started, fees are generally non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided unless required by applicable law.
For one-time purchases of digital products, cancellations are not applicable once access or delivery has been provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or applicable laws. In such cases, no refunds may be issued.
